At SmartCubes, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we work with a global fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping), our refund and exchange process follows the guidelines below.


How to Submit a Claim

Email support@smartcubes.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video as evidence. We respond within 1–2 business days.


What We Cover

πŸ“¦ Item Not Received

  • USA: No arrival within 45 days β€” full refund or free resend.
  • International: No arrival within 60 days β€” full refund or free resend.
  • If tracking shows β€œDelivered” but item not received, a post office non-delivery certificate is required.

πŸ’₯ Item Arrived Damaged

  • Significantly damaged (broken, unusable): Full refund or free replacement β€” evidence required within 30 days of delivery.
  • Minor damage (cosmetic, does not affect function): Partial refund or replacement part β€” evidence required within 30 days.

❌ Wrong Item Sent

Correct item resent at no cost or full refund. Submit photo evidence within 30 days of delivery.

⚠ Quality Defect

Product stops working within 30 days due to manufacturing defect: full replacement or refund. Evidence required.


What We Do Not Cover

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item
  • Customer-caused damage (drops, misuse, liquid damage)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Customs duties or import taxes
  • Claims submitted after the eligible time window

Exchange Policy

We do not process physical returns. All approved exchanges are resolved as:

  1. Free resend of the correct or replacement item
  2. Store credit added to your SmartCubes account
  3. Full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds: 5–10 business days to original payment method
  • Store credit: Applied within 24 hours
  • Resends: Dispatched within 3–5 business days with tracking
